What the portal takes over
An adult account holds the family’s members and documents. Families see eligible events, choose entries and extras, sign agreements and pay by PayFast card, Instant EFT or credit. Manual EFT proofs are uploaded and verified by an administrator.
A ledger that adds up
Each charge, payment, refund and credit is its own line, so the balance comes from the transactions. Entries keep the age, category, club and fee recorded at submission, even when a member’s details change later.
