Intermediate Full Stack .NET Developer
Build and maintain web applications across our own products and client projects, from the database to the browser.
What you’ll do
You work on CWARE Recruit, Connect, Events Portal, OnlineShop and HR Portal, and on software we build for clients. The stack is .NET and C#, SQL Server, React and Microsoft Azure, hosted on IIS. You take features from a short brief to production, in small sprints, with code review and a say in how things are built.
What you bring
Solid commercial experience with .NET and C#, and the confidence to work across the stack: SQL Server, APIs and a modern front end. You write clearly, ask when something is unclear and care about the people who use what you build.

AI Developer
Put AI to work inside our products and client systems: document extraction, assistants that use business data, and automation built on large language models.
What you’ll do
You build the AI features in our products, such as CV capture in CWARE Recruit, and the MCP servers that let assistants like Claude read and act on business data within set permissions. You design prompts and evaluations, connect models to .NET services and APIs, and make the results reliable enough for daily business use.
What you bring
Experience building with large language model APIs in .NET or Python, an eye for data permissions and failure cases, and the habit of measuring whether something works rather than assuming it does.

Intern
A starting role for a graduate or final-year student who wants to learn software development on real products.
What you’ll do
You work alongside our developers on the same products our clients use, starting with small, well-defined pieces of work and growing from there. You learn our stack, our way of running a project and how software gets supported after it ships.
What you bring
A qualification in computer science, software development or a related field, complete or in progress, some code you can show us, and curiosity about how a business actually uses software.
